The Igris Hosting B2C (Business to Customer) website is a demonstration of Igris Web development skills and is built using PHP, MySQL, Javascript and HTML languages.

Several original features are built into the site including sophisticated session control, user log-in, full integration with PayPal, and a shopping basket system that avoids the use of pop-up windows or cookies (this is desirable because users often block pop-ups and cookies).

The site also has a secure mode using SSL technology, which can be accessed by clicking the Secure Mode button

A full audit trail of visits to the site is maintained in order to track the most popular pages and the exit pages. This function can be accessed through special password controlled administration pages.

Paypal integration is at shopping basket level, meaning that details of all of the purchased items are passed to PayPal in order that a fully itemised invoice can be produced.

Other payment processors (e.g. WorldPay, FastPay) can of course be integrated in the same way, as required.
